- Welcome guide (electronic) creation and hosting - £200 creation + £50 year
- Welcome guide (physical) creation and supply - £250
- Wine for welcome box - £5.50 per booking
- Guest welcome box - £5 per guest including:
- 1 x bottle of water
- tea, coffee, milk, sugar, hot chocolate
- selection of herbal and flavoured tea bags
