Option 1
Increase Revenue - We list your property with all of the major agents including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Google and our own direct booking engine, BeOurGuest to generate bookings for a flat fee of 5% of gross booking revenue.
Option 2
Increase Revenue & Free up Time - as well as listing your property and generating bookings we can also handle ALL guest communications freeing up hundreds of hours of your time for a fee of 8% of gross booking revenue.
Option 3
Full Management -
Full, hands-off management service. We manage everything for you from listing your property, guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, welcome packs and payment collection for a low flat fee of 15% of gross booking revenue.

Option 1

Listing your property with all the Online Travel Agents (OTA) is complex, time-consuming and if not managed professionally, it can lead to duplicate bookings costing you £££.
We take the pain and hassle out of growing your business. We fully manage the listing of your property with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Google and additionally provide your own direct booking engine to avoid the agents booking fees.
We additionally include an AI driven price optimisation engine which every night compares your prices with designated local equivalent properties and hotels and increase or decreases prices automatically to maximise rental income all for just 5% of gross booking revenue.
Option 2 - Increase Revenue & Free up Time
As a result of the increased bookings you'll achieve through our Increase Revenue listing service you'll experience an increase in guest communications too.
As a busy property owner you may not want to spend your day and evening acknowledging guest bookings, answering questions, liaising with cleaners and handling guest issues.
Option 2 includes the listing and price optimisation benefits of Option 1 and adds the handling of ALL guest communication. We take care of acknowledging bookings, answering booking questions and enquiries, sharing check in information, liaising with cleaners and handling guest stay issues/ questions.
We use a mixture of technology and live, trained staff, to provide a 5 star custom service whilst still enabling you to customise the way our agents communicate with your guests for a low fee of just 8% of gross rental income.
Option 3 - Full Management
Let us free up 100% of your time by taking over the full management of your Airbnb property.
As time proven, 5 star, Airbnb superhosts, we know what it takes to maintain 5 star ratings whilst maximising income and profit levels.
Full Management includes:
- Advice and guidance on preparing your property, maximising bookings and new property laws

- Welcome guide (electronic) creation and hosting - £200 creation + £50 per year license
- Welcome guide (physical) creation and supply - £250
- Wine for welcome box - £6.50 per booking
- Guest welcome box - £5 per guest including:
